Our colleagues will listen to your complaint and use every endeavour to put it right straight away. Should the matter require more investigation, it will be escalated in line with our Complaint Handling Procedure.

Our Auction Teams are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm and can be contacted on 0845 5193 126
